Shipping Policy
We take as much care in shipping your Max Brenner chocolates as we do in making our delicious confections. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard overnight delivery by 4:30pm next business day, 2nd day and standard ground (up to 7 business days).
Phone orders are accepted Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. All web and phone orders that are received Monday thru Friday by 4PM, Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped that day. Orders received after 4PM, Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped on the next business day.
To ensure freshness and proper handling, we cannot ship orders on Friday unless they are shipped overnight with Saturday delivery. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. We do this to ensure our products are maintained in ideal conditions at all times. For this reason we cannot guarantee delivery on a Monday.
FedEx delivery (including Saturday delivery) has restrictions of certain service areas. For complete details of FedEx policies and service availability in your area, please visit FedEx online at www.FedEx.com or call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).
For same day orders within New York City, we are happy to offer our courier delivery service. Please call (212) 257-6435 for same day courier service orders. Please note that at this time, we only offer this service for residents of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.

Please note that shipping charges are per recipient.
Max Brenner LLC shipping providers have permission to leave packages at the specified shipping address. If there is no one to sign for delivery, Max Brenner LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE and will not offer refunds for packages that are stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address that is specified by the customer. If you choose the “Signature Required” option, your package will be delivered only if it is signed for. If no one is present at the delivery time, then by standard shipping provider regulations, they will make two more delivery attempts before they return the package to us. Max Brenner LLC is NOT responsible and will not offer refunds if the package is melted or damaged after the first delivery attempt has been made.

Regrettably, we cannot ship to international destinations or P.O. boxes at this time. All shipments are sent via FedEx and can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.
