Is Max Brenner's chocolate Kosher?
All of the chocolate products that are available in our shop are Kosher Dairy under the supervision of the Bet-Shemesh Rabbinate. Please note that the chocolate served at our restaurants is not Kosher.

Is the Mexican Hot Chocolate available for online purchase?
We do not offer our Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix at this time.
Is the White Hot Chocolate available for online purchase?
We do not offer our White Hot Chocolate Mix at this time.
How many cups can be made from the Hot Chocolate Mix?
Each box of our Hot Chocolate Mix makes approximately eight servings.
Are the syringes purchased in the restaurant allowed on an airplane?
We have found that the TSA often confiscates plastic syringes that are packed in carry-on luggage. For this reason, we advise against bringing our chocolate syringes on a plane.
Do you sell the chocolate syringe online?
Currently, we do not sell the chocolate syringe online. Please enjoy our signature syringes at our U.S. restaurants & shops.
Can Max Brenner gift cards bought in the United States be used in other countries?
Max Brenner Gift cards purcahsed in the United States may only be used domestically.
Are the utensils microwave/dishwasher safe?
All of our utensils are microwave and dishwasher safe.
How many pieces of chocolate come in your various boxes?
All of our boxes (with the exception of our bonbons and gift sets) are packaged by weight. The amount of pieces vary from 6-8 in our Favorites Collection to 15-25 in our larger tins.
Do you have any sugar free or diabetic friendly products?
At this time, Max Brenner does not offer any sugar free or diabetic friendly products.
Do you have any vegan chocolates?
At this time Max Brenner does not offer any vegan chocolates.
What allergens do your chocolates contain?
All of our chocolates are produced on a line or in manufacturing vicinity where items containing peanuts, milk, nuts, sesame, eggs and/or gluten are produced as well. We recommend that individuals with a sensitivity to any of these allergens do not consume our product.

What is your return policy?
Service at Max Brenner begins from the moment you place your order. When you send a gift of Max Brenner chocolates, you can be assured that it will arrive in perfect condition. When changes in climate or destination require extra care, our chocolates are packed appropriately in uniquely designed climate controlled packaging. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our chocolate, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.
